Byron Walker is a full time real estate investor who began his investing career in Denver, Colorado and has since completed over 100 real estate deals and continues to hold over 25 properties in his personal portfolio. In addition to his personal investing successes, Byron is also well known as one of the top investing coaches and mentors in the country for new and seasoned real estate investors alike. As a nationally known speaker at real estate venues, he continues to help investors leverage their time and resources to make the most of their investing decisions.

Before getting into the real estate investing field, Byron was the International Sales Manager for a top manufacture of water filters, where he traveled the world to over 40 countries and helped hundreds of business people start up their own franchises. He eventually resigned from this lucrative corporate ‘job’ of 9 years so that he could focus entirely on growing his real estate career.

Byron’s expertise in ‘how’ to invest has grown to ‘where’ to invest in real estate. By focusing on hot and emerging markets, Byron has shown investors where they can maximize their profits and safely diversify their portfolios. By helping other investors succeed, he has made himself well-known and widely respected in the real estate industry as a seasoned and innovative investing expert.

Armin Feldman is a real estate and mortgage broker who has owned his own companies Alpha Realty and Omega Lending for several years in the metropolitan Denver, CO area. Armin has brokered literally hundreds of real estate and mortgage transactions over the past several years. Armin is well known in Denver and around the country as an expert in the field of real estate investing and has advised hundreds of clients in successful and lucrative real estate transactions in addition to his personal investing. In addition to his expertise in real estate investing Armin is also an internationally acclaimed business coach and is the owner of the Exponential Gain System. He gives seminars and does business coaching. Armin is an internationally recognized figure in business development including how to leverage your business with systems, marketing, technology and people.

Before getting into the real estate investing field Armin owned medical clinics nationwide and is a retired medical doctor and Board Certified psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. Armin owned medical clinics specializing in the treatment of head injury rehabilitation based on a treatment program he developed. He eventually retired from the practice of medicine and opened his first real estate office.

Most recently Armin has teamed with Byron Walker to form InvestorsWholesale.com LLC dedicated to helping real estate investors nationwide to maximize their investment opportunities.
